Schoenherr Advises Bank Pekao on Financing for Rex Concepts

Schoenherr has advised Bank Pekao on the financing transaction supporting the growth of Rex Concepts.

Bank Pekao is a Polish financial institution.

Rex Concepts is an operator in the quick-service restaurant space. According to Schoenherr, the financing will enable Rex Concepts to expand its QSR network across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Romania.

The Schoenherr team included Poland-based Partner Ilona Fedurek, Senior Attorney at Law Piotr Bartos, and Associate Gabriela Chrzanowska, Czech Republic-based Attorney at Law Kristyna Tupa and Associate Karolina Hlavinkova, and Romania-based Senior Attorneys at Law Loredana Barbu and Francesca Buta and Associate Catrinel Ghinea.
