CCAO has advised Acibadem on its acquisition of 80% of Bayindir Healthcare Group from Trakya Yatirim Holding.
Trakya Yatirim Holding is a subsidiary of Turkiye Is Bankasi.
The CCAO team included Partner Halide Cetinkaya, Senior Associate Onur Gorkem Koksal, Associates Can Demirkan, Ecem Ozbek, and Berfin Sena Aras, and Junior Associate Berfin Avag.
