Lovric Novokmet & Partners has advised Koncar Group on Koncar Inc.’s acquisition of a 75% stake in Helb.
Helb is an electronics manufacturer in Bozjakovina, Croatia.
According to the firm, closing happened on the same day as for Koncar Digital Ltd.’s acquisition of the remaining 25% stake in Koncar Sistemske integracije Ltd (reported by CEE Legal Matters on August 15, 2025).
The LNP included Partners Mate Lovric and Martina Kalamiza and Senior Associates Tomislav Tot and Petar Alilovic.
