ZSP Advokati Advises EBRD on EUR 60 Million Loan to HTEC

ZSP Advokati has advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on a EUR 60 million loan supporting HTEC’s expansion.

HTEC is a technology company with a team of over 2,500 professionals across North America and Europe. According to ZSP Advokati, the company’s development has been supported in part by EBRD programs under the EU’s Western Balkans Investment Framework.

The ZSP Advokati team included Partner Jelisaveta Stanisic and Senior Associate Tijana Trivunovic.
