Paksoy, working alongside Morgan Lewis, has advised Ulker Biskuvi on obtaining a sustainability-linked loan from a syndicate of international lenders.
Ulker Biskuvi is a Turkish food and beverage manufacturer based in Istanbul. Its products are exported to 110 countries.
