Rymarz Zdort Maruta has advised Spire Capital Partners on the sale of its controlling stake in Thulium to SALESmanago. Squire Patton Boggs reportedly advised SALESmango.

According to Rymarz Zdort Maruta, Thulium, founded in 2006, offers customer communication management software and supports SMEs in delivering streamlined omnichannel customer service. Spire Capital Partners originally acquired a 70% stake in the business in 2022, and this marks their first successful exit since the fund’s inception.

SALESmanago, backed by Perwyn and SilverTree Equity, is a customer engagement platform in Europe.
