Schoenherr has advised Skechers on lease agreements for two retail locations in Warsaw.
Skechers, headquartered in Manhattan Beach, California, is a footwear and apparel company operating in over 180 countries.
According to Schoenherr, the agreements cover the opening of a new store in the Factory Annopol outlet center and the expansion of retail space in Factory Ursus.
