Schoenherr has advised mBank on a financing package for NU-MED.
NU-MED is an oncology services provider in Poland and part of the Affidea Group. According to Schoenherr, the facility will refinance NU-MED’s existing debt and support the expansion and modernization of its network of oncology centers.
Affidea Group operates over 360 outpatient and diagnostic centers across 15 European countries, delivering diagnostic imaging, cancer diagnosis and treatment, laboratory testing, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation services.
The Schoenherr team included Partner Ilona Fedurek, Senior Attorney at Law Piotr Bartos, and Associate Gabriela Chrzanowska.
