Wolf Theiss, working with Gorrissen Federspiel, has advised Vestas on its acquisition of LM Wind Power Blades. DLA Piper and Plesner reportedly advised LM Wind Power.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
According to Wolf Theiss, the target company is part of LM Wind Power, a GE Vernova business, and the deal ensures the continued operation of the Polish blade factory under Vestas’ stewardship.
