Greenberg Traurig, Wolf Theiss, and Addleshaw Goddard Advise on Manova Partners' Sale of Zaulek Piekna Office Building in Warsaw

Greenberg Traurig has advised Manova Partners on the sale of the Zaulek Piekna office building in Warsaw to Syrena Real Estate. Wolf Theiss advised Syrena Real Estate. Addleshaw Goddard advised mBank as the financing bank.

Manova Partners is an international property investment manager with approximately EUR 12 billion in assets under management across 170 properties globally, including in Europe, the Americas, and Australia. 

According to Greenberg Traurig, the property offers over 8,100 square meters of office space and an additional 700 square meters designated for retail and service functions. The asset is set for a major modernization and will be repositioned as a Class A, energy-efficient office building by its new owner.
