Madirazza & Partners has advised Abris Capital-backed Dental Holding on its acquisition of Sanitaria Dental and SCL Logistika in Croatia, and Sanitaria in Hungary. DLA Piper reportedly advised Dental Holding as well.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
Sanitaria Dental, based in Zagreb, serves approximately 3,500 dental clinics and 1,500 dental labs in Croatia.
SCL Logistika, also headquartered in Zagreb, provides logistics and fulfillment services across Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Budapest-based Sanitaria brings a network of 5,000 clinics and 2,000 labs in Hungary into the group’s fold.
