CMS has advised Callstack shareholders Anna Lankauf, Mike Grabowski, Piotr Karwatka, and Tomasz Karwatka on an investment by Viking Global Investors.
Viking Global Investors is a US-based investment firm.
According to CMS, the transaction represents one of the largest exits in the Polish software services industry and marks a significant milestone for Callstack, a recognized leader in React Native and cross-platform app development.
The CMS team included Poland-based Partner Blazej Zagorski, Counsels Grzegorz Paczek and Piotr Nowicki, Senior Associate Maciej Brezden, and Associates Jakub Rykowski, Tomasz Piotrowski, Weronika Burek, and Piotr Podsiadly, as well as further lawyers in the UK and Luxembourg.
