Deloitte Legal has advised Value One on the sale of its Milestone student housing brand to Macquarie Asset Management. Greenberg Traurig and Schoenherr, working with PLMJ, advised Macquarie Asset Management.
According to Deloitte Legal, founded in Vienna in 2013, Milestone has since grown into one of Europe’s leading student accommodation providers, operating 17 properties across 11 cities in six countries.
The Deloitte Legal team included Partner Johannes Lutterotti and Attorneys at Law Yvonne Gutsohn, Mike Schaunig, and Lena Winkler.
The Greenberg Traurig team included Warsaw-based Partner Agnieszka Stankiewicz and Associates Zuzanna Sobon and Marta Poplawska as well as further team members in the UK, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.
