Kinstellar has advised Accolade on its acquisition of the Garbe Park industrial site from Garbe Industrial Real Estate, marking the company’s entry into the South Bohemian region. CMS advised Garbe.

According to Kinstellar, the transaction, valued at nearly CZK 2.5 billion, stands as the second-largest industrial real estate deal in the Czech Republic so far in 2025.
