On July 22, 2025, Clifford Chance announced that Alpha Bank and Alpha International Holdings' Sale of Alpha Leasing Romania IFN and Alpha Insurance Brokers to Vista Bank Romania (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 17, 2025) has now closed.
As previously reported, Clifford Chance advised Alpha Bank and Alpha International Holdings on the full sale of Alpha Leasing Romania IFN and Alpha Insurance Brokers to Vista Bank Romania. PwC’s Romanian affiliate D&B David and Baias advised Vista Bank.
The Clifford Chance team included Partners Nadia Badea and Loredana Ralea, Counsels Radu Costin and Gabriel Toma, and Associates Filip Marinau and Madalina Paladi.
