Karacam & Sir and Donmez Law have advised Remus Enerji on its latest investment round, which values the company at USD 6 million.
The round saw participation from DOMiNO Ventures and Cleantech Ventures.
According to Karacam & Sir, Remus Enerji is a fully digital electricity supplier, focusing on helping businesses optimize their energy usage through real-time data insights, cost reduction, and sustainability tracking. The company is now operating under an electricity supply license in Turkiye.
The Karacam & Sir team included Partners Cankat Sir and Furkan Karacam and Associates Burcu Uman and Ozlem Albayrak.
The Donmez Law team included Partner Emrah Donmez and Associate Nisa Nur Sevinc.
