Sayenko Kharenko has successfully represented PJSC MMKI and LLC Unisteel – both part of the Metinvest Group – in the review of anti-dumping measures concerning imports into Ukraine of certain rolled products with corrosion-resistant coating originating in the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China.
According to Sayenko Kharenko, the review concluded with the extension of the anti-dumping measures for another five years, ensuring continued protection for Ukrainian manufacturers against unfair competition and import practices.
Earlier in 2025, Sayenko Kharenko represented Metinvest in a Canadian anti-dumping investigation (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 12, 2025). In 2020, Sayenko Kharenko advised on Metinvest's USD 333 million Eurobond issuance and cash tender offer (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 20, 2020). The firm also advised on Metinvest's 2019 and 2020 Eurobond issuances (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on May 14, 2018 and November 25, 2019, respectively).
