Liviu Togan has rejoined Musat & Asociatii as a Partner.
Togan's focus is on litigation, arbitration, and criminal law. Before the move, he was with Dentons as a Partner between 2022 and 2025. His first stint with Musat & Asociatii was between 2015 and 2022, during which time he was a Managing Associate between 2016 and 2017, a Partner between 2017 and 2021, and Of Counsel between 2021 and 2022. Earlier, he was with Mircea Andrei & Asociatii, first as a Junior Associate between 1999 and 2001, then as an Associate between 2001 and 2005, and then as a Partner between 2005 and 2015.
