Havel & Partners has advised MPM-Quality on its acquisition of a majority stake in Elton Hodinarska from MADE CS.

Elton Hodinarska is the manufacturer of the Czech PRIM watches.

MADE CS is a member of the CSG Group. The CSG Group, formerly Excalibur Group, is a Czech Republic-based industrial-technological holding company.
