Djingov Gouginski Kyutchukov & Velichkov, working with Choate, Hall and Stewart, has advised Marlabs on its acquisition of Indeavr.
Marlabs is a US-based digital transformation company.
Indeavr is a Swiss-Bulgarian engineering services firm. According to DGKV, the company focuses on digital product engineering, AI, cloud, and data. The acquisition strengthens Marlabs’s European presence and adds a team of more than 200 professionals with an established enterprise delivery track record.
The DGKV team included Partner Youliana Naoumova and Counsel Ivan Punev.
