Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii and Suciu Partners have advised PPC on the merger of its Romanian renewables companies into PPC Renewables Romania.
According to PNSA, the consolidation will bring all of PPC’s renewables operations in Romania under a single umbrella. The companies involved are controlled by PPC Public Power Corporation Romania.
The PNSA team included Managing Partner Florian Nitu, Partner Silviu Stoica, Managing Associates Ana-Maria Popa and Ela Marin, Senior Associate Mihaela Jarca, and Associates Cristina Anderco, Ruxandra Pasarica, and Zahra Ammar.
The Suciu Partners team included Managing Partner Miruna Suciu, Deputy Managing Partner Dan Ciobanu, Partner Mihai Caragui, Counsels Radu Petroi and Roxana Sandulescu, and Managing Associate Alina Buculei.
