Boyanov & Co has advised RealPage on its acquisition of Rexera.
According to Boyanov & Co, RealPage develops AI-enabled software platforms for the real estate sector. The transaction will see Rexera’s intelligent AI workforce join forces with HomeWiseDocs, a RealPage company, to build a nationwide platform in the United States, enhancing real estate transactions and operational services.
The Boyanov & Co team included Partners Yordan Naydenov, Stela Sabeva, and Nickolay Nickolov and Principal Associate Violeta Kirova.
