Gecic Law has successfully represented Arena Channels Group, alongside BH Telecom and Mtel Banja Luka, in an antitrust dispute before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to Gecic Law, on May 8, 2025, the Court issued a final judgment fully dismissing the allegations brought by Telemach Sarajevo regarding the partial transfer of broadcasting rights for the Bosnian Premier League. The case stemmed from a 2021 complaint by Telemach, which alleged that the agreement between ACG and BH Telecom constituted unlawful coordination among competitors and lacked transparency, citing the absence of a public procurement process. The Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina dismissed the complaint in December 2021. Although Telemach challenged the ruling twice in court, the Court ultimately reaffirmed the legality of the agreement and rejected all claims.

The Gecic Law team included Partner Bogdan Gecic.
