CMS, working with Cyprus-based Michael Damianos & Co, has advised ING Bank on a pre-export finance facility provided to a Ukrainian agricultural group.
According to CMS, the deal supports ING’s ongoing efforts to transform and strengthen food systems worldwide through financing, deep sector expertise, and strategic partnerships.
The CMS included Partners Elitsa Ivanova and Ihor Olekhov, Counsels Kateryna Chechulina and Oleksandr Protsiuk, Senior Associates Iryna Barlit and Bohdan Ilchenko, Lawyers Ruslan Dotsenko and Maksym Zhurakovskyi, and Trainees Liudmyla Stryzhak and Marta Chernychka.
