Sayenko Kharenko has advised PJSC Stalkanat on initializing a sunset review of anti-dumping measures applied to imports of cables and ropes originating from China.
PJSC Stalkanat is a Ukrainian cable and rope producer.
According to Sayenko Kharenko, if the review results in the extension of the current measures, the anti-dumping duties may remain in force for more than 20 years, marking a rare and significant outcome in Ukrainian trade protection history.
In 2023, Sayenko Kharenko successfully represented Stalkanat in zero dumping margin rate US antidumping review (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 23, 2023). In 2020, Sayenko Kharenko also successfully represented the interests of the PJSC Manufacturing Association Stalkanat-Silur in a sunset review of antidumping measures against the import of wire ropes originating from China into Ukraine (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 17, 2020).
