Filip & Company has advised NextUp Solutions shareholders Roxana Epure and Pierre-Yves Morlet on the sale of the company to Symfonia. Wolf Theiss advised Symfonia.
Symfonia, headquartered in Poland, operates in ERP and HCM software solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. According to Filip & Company, the acquisition marks Symfonia’s entry into the Romanian market, expanding its regional footprint and offering NextUp access to a broader network of resources, expertise, and technology.
