Simina Mut has been promoted to Partner at Reff and Associates, the law firm representing the Deloitte Legal network in Romania.
According to Deloitte, "Simina is an experienced lawyer in banking transactions and has coordinated the global implementation of innovative projects for the Deloitte Legal network, in areas such as operational excellence, design of business models, centralization of services, technological solutions dedicated to the legal field and digital strategy." She joined Deloitte Legal in 2005, immediately after graduating from the Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
Mut coordinates Deloitte Legal's Central Europe Legal Management Consulting and Legal Managed Services teams, whose role Reff & Associates describes as "support[ing] legal departments in the process of digital transformation, improving efficiency through the use of technological solutions and optimizing of processes." She also continues to lead the Deloitte Legal Center of Excellence, a global team based in Bucharest that offers solutions for both Deloitte customers and professionals around the world, including solutions created in partnership with UiPath.
