MFW Fialek has advised Ceskoslovenska Obchodni Banka on the financing granted to Enterstore for the acquisition of 4kraft.
CSOB, headquartered in Prague, is a full-service financial institution offering products and services to individuals, businesses, and the public sector. It is part of KBC Group, a Belgium-based financial group operating across Central and Eastern Europe. According to MFW Fialek, CSOB provided the financing to support Enterstore’s strategic move into the Polish market through the acquisition of 4kraft, a Poland-based company.
