Wardynski & Partners has advised the minority shareholders of Rolmex on their share-redemption exit from the company.
According to Wardynski & Partners, this transaction completes the minority exit phase following the acquisition of Rolmex Group by LDC Group, the European Union’s largest poultry producer, and marks the end of Rolmex’s former ownership structure.
