Kochanski & Partners has advised iTaxi on the acquisition of Miejskie Przedsiebiorstwo Taksowkowe assets from Miejskie Zaklady Autobusowe in Warsaw.
According to the firm, the deal will lead to the full integration of the MPT and iTaxi businesses. "The acquisition of MPT assets will be another important step in iTaxi’s strategy of growth towards expanding its taxi fleet, following the acquisitions of Taxi Barbakan in Krakow and Wicar Taxi in Wrocław."
