Kinstellar has advised Banca Intesa Beograd on the introduction of mini bonds in Serbia.

According to Kinstellar, mini bonds are a new financing instrument aimed at improving access to capital for small and medium-sized enterprises. Already implemented in Italy and Croatia, Banca Intesa’s mini bond program provides SMEs with an alternative to traditional bank loans.

The Kinstellar team included Partner Petar Kojdic and Senior Associate Nevena Milosevic.
