Throughout this series, we’ve covered common mistakes law firms make in their digital presence. However, we now would like to acknowledge what’s working.

For this article, we reviewed the websites of firms featured in the top banner ads on CEE Legal Matters.

We highlight these examples because they are great tactics that your law firm can replicate.

Reenforce Credibility Through Social Proof

Gugushev & Partners showcases their experience through a dedicated page for notable clients and projects. Each client logo links to a short post outlining the scope of the engagement and highlighting the team members with relevant expertise. This is a transparent way to demonstrate expertise and build credibility. It also makes their team’s strengths easy to understand at a glance.

KCG Partners is a good example of how to showcase rankings and recognition on your homepage. Many firms let this section gather dust with decade-old awards. KCG Partners, on the other hand, keeps theirs up to date. The firm offers visitors a comprehensive list of accolades from Legal500, Chambers, and CEE Legal Matters, spanning from 2016 to the most recent in 2025. This is an easy way to demonstrate consistency and credibility.

Pay Attention to Thought Leadership

Redcliffe Partners features an active newsroom page. The firm posts company updates and media contributions. What stood out to us, however, is that it also shares important legal developments. This is particularly valuable during the ongoing uncertainty caused by the war in Ukraine. Redcliffe Partners offers an example of how law firms can use their websites to provide clarity and support in challenging times.

Zivko MijatoviC & Partners (ZMP) regularly shares blog articles and company updates on its own channels while also contributing insights to CEE Legal Matters. This is an example of how consistency in content marketing can build visibility in the legal space.

Offer Value Through Tools and Resources

Eversheds Sutherland uses its website to deliver real value to visitors. We are referring specifically to the ‘Client Tools’ section which offers resources like educational courses, mobile apps, benchmarking tools, and more. It’s not only a helpful offering for clients, but also a strategic way to attract and engage potential leads.

Wolf Theiss provides a neat library of downloadable guides. These resources cover topics like anti-corruption frameworks across the region, country-specific guides for foreign investors, and so on. Each guide can be accessed online or downloaded as a PDF. The section reflects the firm’s commitment to sharing practical insights with their audience.

Turn Services Into Tangible Offerings

Integrites goes a step further in making its services easy to understand. We are used to seeing law firm pages offering general overviews of their expertise split between industry and practice pages. Integrites has those pages too. However, it also features a ‘Products’ page, which outlines clearly defined service packages. We find this approach refreshing. It brings clarity to what clients can expect – something that’s often vague on law firm websites.

Engage the Audience via Social <edia

Kinstellar pays special attention to its LinkedIn page. The firm shares daily updates on team activities, company news, deals, and media appearances. There is consistency to its tone of voice and branding. Posts utilize hashtags, tag relevant people and companies, and, as a result, generate user engagement. The marketing team also creates a digital loop within the content ecosystem by embedding the LinkedIn feed on the homepage of their website.

Highlight Individual Experts

Avellum stands out for how it showcases its experts. Beyond the standard bios and credentials, the firm highlights a couple of key deals that individual lawyers have led or contributed to. It’s an effective way to demonstrate the calibre of work each legal expert handles. This, in turn, boosts potential clients' confidence in who they’re hiring.

These examples show how even small, well-executed choices can make a difference. They are snapshots of achievable wins that help build trust, add value, and strengthen your digital presence.

Sometimes, it’s not about a full overhaul. It’s about doing a few important things well and doing them consistently.
