Zepos & Yannopoulos has advised AB CarVal Investors on the acquisition of Astir I, Attica Bank's EUR 312 million gross book value non-performing exposures portfolio.
AB CarVal Investors is an alternative asset manager with USD 17 billion in assets under management.
The Zepos & Yannopoulos team included Partner Christina Papanikolopoulou, Senior Associates Efthymis Naoumis and Athina Palli, and Associate Dimitris Mekakas.
