Sorainen Advises Digmatix on Acquisition of BCS Itera

Sorainen has advised Digmatix on its acquisition of BCS Itera.

BCS Itera is an Estonian technology company specializing in Microsoft solutions. 

According to Sorainen, the merger will see the combined Digmatix Group employ more than 400 professionals, with projected 2025 revenues exceeding EUR 40 million. Integrating BCS Itera’s expertise with Digmatix’s established platforms enhances the group’s service offerings, particularly in HR and payroll solutions, and bolsters its competitiveness in manufacturing, retail, finance, and human resources management.

The Sorainen team included Partners Toomas Prangli and Nauris Grigals, Counsels Piret Lappert, Pirkko-Liis Harkmaa, and Piibe Lehtsaar, Senior Associates Kristi Tammiku, Liisa Maria Kuuskmaa, Liva Aleksejeva, and Vladislav Leiri, Associates Kevin Piho and Steven Andrekson, and Assistant Lawyer Mirjam Orav.
