Kocian Solc Balastik has advised the Arete group on the sale of Arete Park Rokycany II logistics complex to the Reico Long Lease Fund managed by Reico Erste Asset Management. Wilsons reportedly advised the buyers.
According to KSB, located near the D5 motorway, Arete Park Rokycany II offers nearly 30,000 square meters of modern warehouse and office space.
The KSB team included Partner Jiri Hornik, Counsel Jakub Porod, and Lawyer Yelizaveta Volodina.
