BBH Advises SICO on Sale of Stake in Czech JV to Trelleborg Group

BBH, working with Seitz, has advised SICO Gesellschaft fur Kunststoffverarbeitung on the sale of a 50% stake in its Czech joint venture SICO Silicone to the Trelleborg Group.

SICO Gesellschaft fur Kunststoffverarbeitung is a manufacturer of high-performance silicone components. According to BBH, this sale was part of a broader cross-border transaction that also included the sale of all issued shares in SICO Gesellschaft fur Siliconverarbeitung in Germany.

In 2024, BBH advised the Kaprain Group on its acquisition of Trelleborg Bohemia (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 18, 2024).

The BBH team included Partner Petr Precechtel and Senior Associate Jan Krejci.
