Schoenherr, CMS, and RRH Legal Sarajevo Advise on Sale of 80% Stake in Baupartner to Molins–Titan JV

Moravcevic Vojnovic and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr has advised the shareholders of Baupartner on the sale of an 80% equity stake to a joint acquisition vehicle formed by Molins and Titan. CMS and RRH Legal Sarajevo advised Molins and Titan.

Baupartner is a Bosnia and Herzegovina-based precast concrete and steel structures company.

According to Schoenherr, the transaction aims to position Baupartner for accelerated regional growth across Bosnia, Croatia, and Serbia. For Molins, the move strengthens its precast solutions platform. For Titan, it marks the entry into the precast segment. Under the terms of the deal, the selling shareholders, led by CEO Eldin Hadzibegovic, retain a 20% stake and will continue to manage day-to-day operations. 

The Schoenherr team included Partner Luka Lopicic and Associates Isidora Grujicic, Doroteja Sturm, and Mahira Heric. Independent Attorney at Law Alma Hota advised Baupartner as well.

The RRH Legal Sarajevo team included Partner Andrea Zubovic-Devedzic and Attorneys at Law Zlatan Balta, Ana Terzic, Zlatko Masovic, and Stefan Cosovic.

The CMS team included Croatia-based Partner Marija Zrno-Prosic and Serbia-based Partner Marija Tesic.
