Wardynski & Partners, working with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, has advised Kartesia Management on the financing for J.S. Hamilton Poland. Baker McKenzie reportedly advised J.S. Hamilton Poland.

Kartesia Management is a European capital solutions provider for small and mid-sized companies.

J.S. Hamilton Poland is a portfolio company of MidEuropa Partners. According to Wardynski & Partners, the company is a prominent independent testing, inspection, and certification provider operating across Poland and Central Europe. The financing, arranged by Kartesia, is aimed at refinancing existing facilities and supporting J.S. Hamilton’s ongoing growth initiatives.
