Wolf Theiss and Brandl Talos Advise on Chatlyn's EUR 8 Million Series A Financing Round

Wolf Theiss has advised Chatlyn on its EUR 8 million series A financing round led by London-based private equity firm Smedvig Ventures. Brandl Talos advised Smedvig Ventures.

Chatlyn is a Vienna-based artificial intelligence startup. According to Wolf Theiss, founded in 2022, Chatlyn is developing an AI-powered communication platform that enables centralized guest communication across digital channels. The company’s proprietary AI adapts to each hotel’s communication style, supports over 35 languages, and engages with guests.

The Wolf Theiss team included Partner Zeno Grabmayr, Counsel Nikolaus Wollner, and Associates Oliver Kraus and Katharina Johler.

The Brandl Talos team included Partners Roman Rericha and Adrian Zuschmann.
