Lexist has advised Efor Holding on wind turbines supply and installment agreements with Nordex Group for Efor Holding subsidiaries Yellice Enerji Uretim and Gelgit Yenilenebilir Enerji ve Elektrik Uretim.
According to Lexist, Germany’s Nordex Group agreed to supply and install 23 N163/6.X wind turbines with a capacity of 160 megawatts (Yellice RES) and 10 N149/5.X NCV wind turbines with a capacity of 49.5 megawatts (Gelgit RES), including 10-year maintenance and service agreements. Yellice project is situated in Sivas while the Gelgit project is in Istanbul. The total size of the two investments is approximately USD 280 million.
