Allen Overy Shearman Sterling has promoted former Counsel Tomas Bury to Partner in its global M&A practice.
Bury has been with the firm since 2008 when he joined as a Paralegal. He was promoted to Junior Lawyer in 2010, to Associate in 2014, to Senior Associate in 2018, and finally to Counsel in 2021.
