Schoenherr has advised Saller Unternehmensgruppe on its acquisition of FMZ Kapfenberg from LLB Immo KAG. DSC advised the sellers.

Founded in Weimar almost 40 years ago, Saller Unternehmensgruppe develops, builds, leases, and operates commercial real estate and generates renewable energy via its wind and photovoltaic installations.
