Schoenherr Advises BlackPeak Capital on Investment in Affinity Life Care

Schoenherr has advised BlackPeak Capital on its growth equity investment in Affinity Life Car.

BlackPeak Capital, established in 2014, invests in high-growth companies across Southeast Europe.

Affinity Life Care is a Romanian network of senior care centers. According to Schoenherr, the transaction marks the first entry of a private equity fund into Romania’s senior care sector.

The Schoenherr team included Partners Madalina Neagu and Georgiana Badescu, Managing Attorney at Law Mihaela Popescu, Senior Attorneys at Law Alina Cristea, Laura Buzatu-Teodorescu, and Darius Trusculete, and Attorney at Law Stefan Popa.
