Competition and M&A lawyer Roxana Ionescu and Banking & Finance specialist Cosmin Tilea have been promoted to Partner at RTPR.
Ionescu, a former Counsel, joined RTPR in 2007. Cosmin Tilea, also a former Counsel, joined the firm in 2005. They both hold an LLB from the University of Bucharest.
“I am proud to be appointed as a Partner in the firm in which I grew up, it is a recognition of the efforts and the work done in the last almost 15 years and a proof that merits and involvement are rewarded in RTPR,” commented Ionescu.
“This promotion honors me and proves that merits and skills are recognized and rewarded at RTPR,” added Tilea. “Through this promotion, I want to continue to develop and diversify the banking and finance practice together with the other Partners.”
