DWF Poland Advises Enter Air on Acquisition of Warsaw Pilot Training Center and Simulator Refinancing

DWF Poland has advised Enter Air on its acquisition of all shares in the Warsaw-based pilot training center it originally launched in partnership with US-based AFG in 2020, along with the refinancing of a Boeing 737 simulator. Crido reportedly advised AFG.

According to DWF, following the acquisition, Enter Air plans to expand the Enter Air Training Center by launching a B737 MAX simulator and a passenger cabin mockup for safety procedure training.
