GFKK, working with ONTO Partners, has advised Infomotion on its acquisition of a majority stake in Gdansk-based DAC.Services. ITMA advised the sellers.
Infomotion is a European data processing company. According to GFKK, the transaction involved a two-stage structure; first, DAC Digital, the parent company, underwent a corporate split, with part of its IT business, the target of the acquisition, being spun off into a newly created entity, DAC.Services. The second stage included the sale of shares in the newly formed company.
