RKKW has advised closed-end investment fund Value on its investment agreement and conditional purchase of PLN 100 million of series A bonds convertible into shares of Cognor Holding from 4Workers.
4Workers is Cognor’s majority shareholder.
According to RKKW, these bonds give Value the option to convert debt into equity.
The RKKW deal team included Managing Partner Karol Maciej Szymanski, Partner Marcin Fryderyk Jasinski, and Junior Associates Augustyn Zurawski and Emilia Jankiewicz.
RKKW did not respond to our inquiry on the matter.
