Wladek Rzycki has joined CMS as a Partner in the Infrastructure and Projects Group.

According to CMS, “Wladek has extensive experience representing leading aerospace defense, industrial, and infrastructure clients with regard to offsets, industrial programs, technology transfers, defense and civil procurement, export control, policy advice and strategic acquisitions. He is experienced at leading large multi-jurisdictional legal teams, strategic negotiations, solving complex regulatory and compliance challenges, and preparing regulatory filings in multiple jurisdictions.”

Rzycki has a J.D. from Columbia and LL.M.s from Cornell and the Jagiellonian University. Before joining CMS, he spent four years with Mayer Brown, three years with White & Case, nine years with K&L Gates, and two years with Miller Canfield.

I am excited about the opportunities that my appointment will deliver for clients and developing CMS’s CEE practice in my areas of expertise.
