Former Dentons Managing Partner Anda Todor has become Managing Partner at the former Istocescu & Vintila, now Todor, Istocescu & Vintila, or TIV Legal.
According to Todor, Istocescu & Vintila, the firm “aligns and integrates three main pillars, international expertise, technological innovation, and entrepreneurship, into an unique platform, which recognizes the critical client focus from both a local and an international perspective, dedicated to provide high-quality legal advice in an efficient manner, in order to share expertise and grow together, while contributing to the larger community.”
Todor, who was Managing Partner at Dentons (and legacy Salans) in Bucharest from 2008 until 2018 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 21, 2018), has over 25 years of experience in the business law arena. She holds a JD from the University of Bucharest and an LL.M. from Georgetown University.
“I am whole-heartedly embracing this transformation, by bringing my international expertise to a visionary partnership which sets a new trend in the local legal business,” Todor commented on her appointment. “Among our key clients are corporations that value our professional capabilities, integrated services, and cost-efficient solutions.”
“Legal services need to evolve from the traditional business model to fast, affordable and efficient methods,” added Partner Tiberius Istocescu. “We position ourselves at the forefront of this transformation, using top-edge tech tools for the benefit of our clients and communities.”
Partner Mihaela Vintila also commented, stating that “our identity stems from our ability to be completely dedicated to our clients as we are to our own business. Learning from our own entrepreneurship journey has made us trustworthy and flexible so that we perfectly understand the needs and ambitious strategies of local and international entrepreneurs.”
