Crenguta Florea and Ovidiu Serban have been promoted to Partner at Zamfirescu Racoti Vasile & Partners as of March 1, 2022.
Specializing in real estate and corporate & commercial law, Florea has been with the firm since 2020, having first joined as a Managing Associate. Previously, she worked at Dumitrescu Bajenaru Oancea first as an Associate between 2012-2015, and later as a Senior Associate and a Managing Associate between 2015-2017 and 2018-2019, respectively. Florea also worked at DLA Piper as a Legal Intern from 2010 to 2011, and as an Associate from 2011 to 2012.
Specializing in civil and family disputes, Serban also coordinates ZRVP’s civil law and family law practice. Serban joined the firm in 2009 as a Senior Associate and was later promoted to Managing Associate in 2009. Before joining the firm, he spent over four years at Hahui and Associates, first as a Trainee between 2006-2006, and later as an Associate between 2006-2009, and as a Senior Associate from 2009 to 2011.
